“I wanted to thank Dr. Franklin for taking the time to look at my hearing aids. I purchased them last year, but they had been hurting my ears to the point that I had stopped wearing them altogether. I was concerned that I might need to purchase new hearing aids, but Dr. Franklin was honest with me and explained that new custom earmolds could likely solve the problem. He made the new earmolds, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. More importantly, I am wearing my hearing aids again. My wife is thrilled, and truth be told, so am I. At 78, I appreciate honest advice, fair pricing, and someone who takes the time to find the right solution rather than simply trying to sell me something new.
