With more than 27 years of clinical experience, Allan Franklin, Au.D. has dedicated his career to helping people hear better, communicate more confidently, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Known for his patient-centered approach, Dr. Franklin combines extensive clinical expertise with a genuine passion for delivering personalized hearing care that meets each individual's unique needs. Dr. Franklin earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996, followed by a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1999. He later completed his Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of Florida in 2002. While pursuing his education, he also worked in home theater design, providing him with a unique understanding of acoustics and sound engineering that continues to enhance his approach to hearing healthcare. After completing his master's degree, Dr. Franklin began his professional career by owning and operating a private audiology practice in San Diego, California, where he cared for patients for four years. He then returned to Austin, Texas, where he founded and led Victory Hearing & Balance Center for 16 years. Under his leadership, the practice earned a reputation for exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and lasting relationships with the community. In 2019, Dr. Franklin and his family embarked on a new adventure by relocating to New Zealand, where he founded and managed two Specsavers Audiology franchises. This experience broadened his clinical perspective while allowing him to bring high-quality hearing healthcare to patients in a new part of the world. In 2025, Dr. Franklin and his family returned to the United States and settled in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he co-founded Resonate Mobile Hearing Clinics. The practice was created with a simple but meaningful mission: to make exceptional hearing care more convenient and accessible by bringing comprehensive, state-of-the-art audiology services directly to patients through a fully mobile clinic. Dr. Franklin has been married to his wife and office manager, Mandy, for more than 20 years. Together they have two sons, with their oldest currently attending college in New Zealand. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through strength training, hiking, and cycling, and values spending quality time with his family whenever possible. Whether caring for patients in their homes or within the community, Dr. Franklin is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based hearing care that helps people reconnect with the conversations, relationships, and experiences that matter most.

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, and clinic management, Mandy Levine is passionate about helping people feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships by providing compassionate service and ensuring every patient has a positive experience. She is also a Medicare-specialized licensed insurance agent, offering valuable guidance to patients navigating their insurance options. As the Clinic Manager for Resonate Mobile Hearing Clinics, Mandy is often the first friendly voice patients hear when they call. She assists with scheduling appointments, answering questions, troubleshooting concerns, and coordinating every detail to help make the hearing care process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Based in Apex, she is committed to making hearing healthcare convenient, accessible, and personal for every patient. Outside of the office, Mandy is a proud mother of two sons who keep life active and full of adventure. She enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and connecting with people. Her warm, caring personality and belief that exceptional care begins with kindness, patience, and truly listening make her an essential part of the Resonate Mobile Hearing Clinics team.
