Bought or fit somewhere else? Bring them to us.
We are happy to work with hearing aids that were purchased or fit elsewhere. Oftentimes we can get them repaired, we can check to see if the aids are working correctly, we can use real-ear verification to confirm they are doing in your ear what they should be doing, and we can reprogram or refit them so you get the maximum benefit from the devices you already own. Our ability to provide these services depends on which category they fall under.
