The Better Hearing Journey is a six-stage rehabilitation program that runs from your first evaluation through 52 weeks of structured aural rehabilitation. It is included — not offered as an add-on. Amplification alone does not resolve listening fatigue, difficulty following speech in noise, or the cognitive work of adjusting to new sound. The program addresses all of it. That includes a home technology visit where we come to your living room and connect every device to your actual television, your actual phone, and the room you use every day.

Most home hearing visits are performed with portable equipment in whatever room is available — which means the acoustic environment is uncontrolled and diagnostic accuracy can be compromised. Can a family member be present during the appointment?
Yes, and we encourage it.
